Proxima ediçao a sair. - informaçoes

Eventide is an expansion set from the trading card game Magic: The Gathering. It is scheduled for release on July 25, 2008.

Set Details
Eventide is the second set in the Shadowmoor block.
The expansion symbol of Eventide has striking similarities to that of Morningtide, the other small set of the Lorwyn/Shadowmoor superblock. Where the Morningtide symbol suggests a full sun, the Eventide symbol suggests a mostly eclipsed sun. This inverse relationship is underscored by Magic's rich tradition of mirrors, which extends back to the White Knight and Black Knight of the original Limited set.

Rumors and Leaks
Eventide is rumored to expand on the theme of hybrid mana in the Shadowmoor block. Contrary to the hybrid allied colors featured in Shadowmoor , Eventide is rumored to use hybrid mana from enemy colors for example White/Red or Red/Blue. The artwork from leaked Eventide boxes and other merchandise seems to further the possibility of this rumor being accurate, this as well as an answer from "Ask Wizards" on may 15th heighten the possibility of such an enemy-colored hybrid mana theme.
The May 22nd Arcana on Magicthegathering.com confirms this possibility in showing diptychs of the lands. Some allied-color lands show panoramic views of the land when placed side-by-side, as do enemy-color lands.
On May 28th, Arcana on Magicthegathering.com released the Eventide booster packaging. The packaging reveals many symbolic color creatures with other creatures of opposing colors, giving more credence to the possibility of a hybrid enemy color set.
Based on the booster packaging, there is a possibility of Eventide introducing colorless cards (as seen in Future Sight with the card Ghostfire.)
